TRACKING – all of my packages are sent 1st Class mail to the USA. This means there is NO tracking the package should it get lost. If you want to purchase tracking please let me know

 BEFORE YOUR PURCHASE SO I CAN add the cost to the bill.

Delivery standards are for items sent between most major urban centres and depend on origin and destination. Delivery standards are in business days, not calendar days.

Orders will ship in approximately 1-2 business days from purchase payment date. Please keep this in mind if you are in a hurry. I am blessed to take in so many orders and if they are all custom made the time will vary depending on the order. as the orders are submitted. I do not see order notations until I reach the order for processing, please send a follow up convo if it is an urgent message, that would be greatly appreciated.

I will always ship to the address that is provided via Canada Post 1st Class mail (which does not include tracking),  I will not be shipping to Paypal addresses unless it is noted on your checkout. I do not insure them,

PLEASE, insurance and shipping upgrades can be added for an additional amount at your request. I personally deliver all packages myself directly inside the post office. So once they leave my hands I am not liable for loss or theft.

INTERNATIONAL: I now ship Internationally via Canada Post, 1st Class mail (which does not include tracking), 

IF YOU NEED TRACKING PLEASE LET ME KNOW BEFORE YOU PURCHASE SO I CAN ADD THE ADDITIONAL COST OF TRACKING TO YOUR BILL

 I am not responsible for any customs fees that may be added onto your purchase amount. It is the buyers responsibility to pay these customs fees. Also, I cannot be held responsible for any holds or delays that customs may put on your package. As long as you are aware of and agree to these terms, I have no problem shipping to anywhere in the world!

Postal Strikes  Feelings of Love is not responsible for any delays in receiving your order due to any labor disputes between Canada Post and it’s customers.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We accept unworn/UNPERSONALIZED  returns and/or exchanges within 10 days of when your package was delivered, with the following exceptions:

• Unless we made a mistake, returns are NOT accepted on personalized pieces.
• For custom orders, returns are handled on an item-by-item basis.
• Earrings are non-returnable

• Please do NOT just send the jewelry back.
• For faster customer service please provide us with your contact information used on the order.
• Please pack the item carefully to minimize tangling or damage.
• Returns will process in approximately 1-2 weeks after receiving.
• For returns, we refund the purchase price minus a 5% restocking fee.
• We do NOT refund shipping costs.

EXTENDED HOLIDAY EXCHANGES:

Non-Personalized orders made Nov. 20th – Dec 24th will be accepted for exchange for up to 10 days after Christmas. Please be sure to contact us within the 10 day grace period. 

Exchanges – Customer Error

• If you didn’t order the correct length, you can send it back to us and we will adjust it for you here in the studio. 

• We charge a $3 “adjustment” fee to modify the item as well as a return shipping fee of $4. $7 total in total.

GENERAL CARE OF THE JEWELRY

Sometimes jewelry can become dull. I do package most gifts in a plastic baggie, to prevent dullness. Earring, necklaces should be hung to prevent getting tangled. If your jewelry does become dull, a quick, easy and safe way to clean is with warm water, toothpaste and a soft toothbrush. Gently clean your jewelry with a down ward stroke. It should sparkle right up… Pat dry with cotton towel.It is recommended to keep jewelry away from water, chlorine and sauna or any chemicals such as hairspray, perfumes, lotions, etc. Use a polishing cloth on solid metals only such as 14kt gold filled, sterling silver, solid brass or bronze. 

 MY ITEM BROKE:

We are more than happy to fix or exchange a broken item for free for up to 2 months after purchase as an insurance policy to you! If it was broken within 30 days of purchase, we will cover shipping both ways.
